To strengthen the connection of My Phuoc - Tan Van road to Hanoi highway, the People's Committee of Binh Duong province has approved the extended My Phuoc - Tan Van road project. The province also assigned the People's Committee of Di An town to be the investor of the My Phuoc - Tan Van road project, extending the section from DT.743 (through Binh An textile area) to the Hanoi highway. Currently the investment project has been approved, the investor is implementing the clearance compensation work, expected to commence construction in 2018.
It is known that in recent years, due to the increasing volume of vehicles on the My Phuoc - Tan Van route, it causes traffic jams at major intersections at peak hours, especially at intersections. 743 (Phu Loi) and My Phuoc - Tan Van. Binh Duong Department of Transport has issued Official Letter No. 5296 / SGTVT-QLCL dated November 10, 2017 advising the Provincial People's Committee to approve the policy of separating overpass items at DT.743 (Phu Loi) intersection. and My Phuoc - Tan Van (under the project of developing transport infrastructure and fast bus route Binh Duong New City - Suoi Tien) and assigned the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Unit to be the investor to Investing, constructing in advance this overpass to overcome the traffic congestion in this intersection.
The People's Committee of Binh Duong province issued Official Letter No. 5393 / UBND-KTTH, dated November 28, 2017: “ Agreeing on the policy of separating the overpass items at the intersection DT.743 (Phu Loi) and My Phuoc - Tan. Van (belonging to Binh Duong - Suoi Tien new city rapid bus route and transport infrastructure development project) into a separate project for pre-investment. The Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Unit is assigned to urgently implement the next procedures in accordance with regulations ”.
Thus, after the projects are completed, there will be a new connecting route from National Highway 1A (the section adjacent to 3 provinces of Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai, Binh Duong) to Bau Bang and Ben Cat districts (Binh Duong). ) and connecting with Binh Phuoc province to replace the existing National Highway 13.
